Board of Jullundur Motor Agency (Delhi) recommends special dividend

Jullundur Motor Agency (Delhi) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
