Greaves Cotton to invest further Rs 50 cr in Greaves Finance

Greaves Cotton has approved a further investment of approximately Rs. 50 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, Greaves Finance, by way of subscription to the equity shares offered on a rights basis.
