Board of Ethos appoints Munish Gupta as director

The board of Ethos at its meeting held on 12 May 2026 has approved the appointment of Munish Gupta (DIN ' 09350096) as the Additional Director (in the category of Executive Director) of the Company subject to approval of the Shareholders and remuneration payable to him.
