Board of Premier Polyfilm recommends Final Dividend

Premier Polyfilm announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.0.15 per share (i.e.15%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
