Bajaj Consumer Care receives NCLT approval for scheme of arrangement

Bajaj Consumer Care announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Jaipur Bench has sanctioned the scheme of arrangement between Vishal Personal Care (Demerged Company) and Bajaj Consumer Care (Resulting Company) and their respective shareholders.
