BlackBuck allots 1.24 lakh equity shares under ESOP

BlackBuck has allotted 1,24,263 equity shares under ESOP on 23 March 2026. Consequent to aforesaid allotment the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company would be increased from Rs. 18,16,72,349/- to Rs. 18,17,96,612/-.
