IIFL Finance to issue NCDs up to Rs 1,000 cr

IIFL Finance has approved the issuance of up to 1 lakh senior, secured, listed, rated, redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1 lakh each aggregating to up to Rs 1,000 crore on a private placement basis.
