Board of Paras approves acquisition of 49% stake in Himanshi Thermal

The Board of Directors of Paras Defence and Space Technologies at its meeting, held on 17 February 2026 considered and approved the acquisition of 49% in equity share capital of 'Himanshi Thermal Solutions' (Himanshi Thermal) from DefSpace Technologies (DefSpace).
