Board of Taneja Aerospace & Aviation recommends First Interim Dividend

Taneja Aerospace & Aviation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 February 2026, has recommended a First Interim Dividend of Rs.2.50 per share (i.e.50%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
