Black Box allots 1.29 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Black Box has allotted 1,29,499 equity shares on conversion of convertible warrants on 09 January 2026. Pursuant to the above allotment, there has been an increase in the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company 17,04,82,543 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 34,09,65,086/-.
