CARE Rating has allotted 16,834 equity shares under ESOS on 09 January 2025. The paid-up share capital of the company will accordingly increase from Rs. 30,02,50,290/- consisting of 3,00,25,029 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to Rs.30,04,18,630/- consisting of 3,00,41,863 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
