Godawari Power & Ispat has allotted 13,72,500 equity shares of Re 1 each on conversion of equivalent number of convertible warrants on 07 January 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 67,11,67,908 equity shares of Re 1 each.
