Orient Technologies allots 41.64 lakh equity shares under bonus issue

The board of Orient Technologies at its meeting held on 06 January 2026 has allotted 41,64,174 bonus equity shares in ratio of 1:10. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 4,58,05,916 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
