Advit Jewels promoter Abhishek Gilara acquires 16.979% stake via gift transfer
 <p>Abhishek Gilara, a promoter of Advit Jewels Limited, disclosed the acquisition of 7,778,430 equity shares, representing 16.979% of the company's diluted share capital, through an inter-se transfer by way of gift from Vipul Gilara on October 16, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 19, 2026. The acquisition is exempt under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i)(ii) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and follows a prior disclosure made on September 4, 2026.</p>
