Juniper Green Energy forms two subsidiaries in India for renewable power projects
 <p>Juniper Green Energy Limited announced the incorporation of two wholly owned subsidiaries, Juniper Green Stellar Fifteen Private Limited and Juniper Green Beta Eight Private Limited, both incorporated on October 20, 2026, in India. The company subscribed to 1,50,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each in each entity, totaling Rs 30,00,000, resulting in 100% shareholding in each. The new entities will undertake activities related to the development, establishment, and operation of power generation projects in the field of renewable energy.</p>
