Kiaasa Retail appoints Preet Kumar & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years
 Kiaasa Retail Limited, formerly known as Kiaasa Retail Private Limited, announced that its board approved the appointment of Preet Kumar & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, alterations to the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association, and the “Kiaasa - Employee Stock Option Plan 2026,” which contemplates the grant of 18,23,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each. The board also authorized the company to issue further shares via preferential offers or private placements, and to issue sweat equity shares, subject to shareholder approval.
