LAPL Automotive’s board approved FY26 report, schedules AGM for September 2026
 <p>LAPL Automotive Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board approved the company's report for the financial year 2025-2026 and scheduled its 22nd Annual General Meeting for September 18, 2026, via video conference or other audio-visual means, with August 21, 2026, set as the cut-off date for shareholders. The company also appointed FCS Himanshu Surendrakumar Gupta of M/s. Himanshu S K Gupta and Associates as scrutinizer for e-voting at the AGM and appointed M/s Himanshu S K Gupta & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for the fiscal year 2026-27.</p>
