Gujarat Kidney appoints Dr. Disha Bharpoda as independent director for five years
 Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality Limited announced the appointment of Mrs. (Dr) Disha Bharpoda (DIN: 11897794) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective August 24, 2026, following a board meeting held on the same date. The appointment is for a term of five years and is subject to approval by the company's members at the next Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the board acknowledged shareholder approval via postal ballot for a special resolution concerning a variation in the objects and terms of utilization of the Initial Public Offering proceeds.
