Vashishtha Luxury Fashion appoints SMNK & Co. as statutory auditors for five years
 Vashishtha Luxury Fashion Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the appointment of M/s SMNK & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN: 134153W) as statutory auditors for a five-year term, commencing from the conclusion of the company’s 4th Annual General Meeting in 2031, subject to shareholder approval. The company will hold its 04th Annual General Meeting on September 22, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. at 303 Sun Industrial Estate, Sun Mill Compound, Lower Parel- West Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 400 013, and the register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 16, 2026, to September 22, 2026.
