 <p>Purple Finance Limited issued a corrigendum to the notice of its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) dated August 6, 2026, detailing changes to the explanatory statement regarding the proposed preferential allotment of 99,99,952 equity shares and clarifications concerning the acquisition of Saksham Gram Credit Private Limited, including a cash consideration of Rs 28,80,00,000 and a share swap.
