SRM Contractors partners with GIRAFFE to develop highway amenities through new venture
 SRM Contractors Limited informed the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it received an intimation from the Registrar of Companies regarding the incorporation of “GIRAFFE SRM ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED” on August 24, 2026, with an initial authorized capital of Rs 10,00,000 and a paid-up capital structure of Rs 1,00,000, where GIRAFFE holds Rs 51,000 and SRM Contractors Limited holds 49%, with SRM Contractors Limited holding 49% shareholding in the newly incorporated entity, which will be engaged in developing and operating wayside amenities on highways and expressways.
