 Mayank Cattle Food Limited, formerly Mayank Cattle Food Private Limited, announced that its board of directors has allotted 54,00,000 equity shares as fully paid-up bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1 to eligible members as of August 24, 2026, increasing the company's paid-up share capital to Rs 10,80,00,000 divided into 1,08,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each.
