Mish Designs Limited acquires 59.78% stake in I’Design Fashions for Rs 2,032,580
 Mish Designs Limited has acquired 59.78% of the equity shares of I’Design Fashions Private Limited for Rs 10 per share, or a total consideration of Rs 2,032,580 in cash, according to a regulatory filing on August 25, 2026. I’Design Fashions Private Limited, incorporated on April 5, 2021, is involved in the manufacture and retail of wearing apparel and will become a subsidiary of Mish Designs Limited, with the acquisition intended to expand business operations and increase market share.
