Reetech International approved financial reports and appointed a scrutinizer for its AGM
 Reetech International Limited, formerly Reetech International Cargo And Courier Ltd., approved the Board Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the Secretarial Audit Report for the same period, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. The company’s board also appointed M/s Nitin Agrawal & Co. as Scrutinizer for the 18th Annual General Meeting, considered a proposal to alter the object clause of its memorandum of association, and convened the 18th Annual General Meeting.
