Affle 3i Limited allotted shares to Affle Holdings, receiving Rs 6,115.04 million
 <p>Affle 3i Limited has allotted 12,77,155 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each to Affle Holdings Pte. Ltd., a promoter company, pursuant to the exercise of warrants, according to a regulatory filing. The company has now allotted a total of 30,16,443 equity shares through warrant conversion, receiving an aggregate amount of Rs 6,115.04 million out of a total of Rs 11,003.80 million, and the issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital now stands at Rs 287,791,654 divided into 143,895,827 equity shares. The issue price per share is Rs 1,487, with Rs 371.75 received at the time of warrant allotment and Rs 1,115.25 received for warrant conversion.</p>
