Sapphire Foods Mauritius terminates share purchase agreement with Arctic International
 <p>Sapphire Foods India Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that Sapphire Foods Mauritius Limited, a promoter of Sapphire Foods India Limited, has terminated a share purchase agreement with Arctic International Private Limited, which would have involved the sale of approximately 18.5% of Sapphire Foods India Limited's shares. The termination, reached by mutual agreement, will not impact the terms of the scheme of arrangement between Sapphire Foods India Limited and Devyani International Limited, which was initially approved on January 1, 2026, and will allow SFML to receive shares in Devyani International Limited similar to other shareholders of Sapphire Foods India Limited.</p>
