Angel Fibers shareholders elected Pankajbhai Bhimani chairman at the AGM in Jamnagar
 Angel Fibers Limited convened its 13th Annual General Meeting on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at its registered office in Jamnagar, Gujarat, where members elected Pankajbhai Becharbhai Bhimani as chairman and discussed the company’s performance for the financial year 2025-26, including reasons for a decrease in profit and positive growth prospects. Shareholders at the meeting were informed that they could cast votes during the AGM, and M/s. SCS and Co LLP was appointed as Scrutinizer to scrutinize the votes, with resolutions passed regarding the adoption of financial statements, reappointment of directors, approval of related party transactions with Redeco Fibers Private Limited, Haripriya Spinning Mill Private Limited, and Murlidhar Worldtrade Private Limited, remuneration of the cost auditor, and re-appointment of Rutvikkumar Prabhudas Bhensdadiya as an independent director.
