Mahan Industries appoints Riddhi Shah as Additional Director for five years
 Mahan Industries Limited appointed Riddhi Hardishkumar Shah (DIN: 11904921) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five consecutive years, effective August 25, 2026, subject to member approval. The company also reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee following the cessation of Yash Kamleshbhai Shah and the appointment of Shah, according to a regulatory filing.
