CarTrade Tech CEO Banwari Lal Sharma resigns, effective August 2026, to pursue new opportunities
 CarTrade Tech Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that Mr. Banwari Lal Sharma, Chief Executive Officer – Consumer Business, has resigned from his position effective August 25, 2026, to pursue new opportunities, according to a regulatory filing. The Consumer Business will be led by the existing leadership team under the guidance of Mr. Vinay Sanghi, Chairman and Managing Director, to ensure continuity.
