 HAS Lifestyle Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the convening of the 19th Annual General Meeting on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 12:00 noon, and approved the Notice convening the said AGM, alongside approving the Board’s Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and recommending the appointment of M/s. Gujar and Kulkarni, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors for five consecutive years.
