Axis Bank increases paid-up capital by allotting equity shares under its scheme
 <p>Axis Bank Limited announced on August 25, 2026, that it has allotted 177,413 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to the exercise of stock options/units under its Employee Stock Option/Restricted Stock Unit Scheme, increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs 6,225,810,834 to Rs 6,226,165,660.</p>
