Supreme Holdings appoints Rishabh Jalan as Independent Director for five years
 Supreme Holdings & Hospitality (India) Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Rishabh Jalan (DIN: 07698170) as an Additional Non-Executive and Independent Director, effective August 24, 2026, for a term of five years until August 23, 2031, subject to shareholder approval at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Jalan, aged 30, holds 9149 shares in the company, representing 0.02% of its paid-up equity share capital, and is the cousin of Vidip Jatia, the Managing Director of Supreme Holdings & Hospitality (India) Limited.
