Kellton Tech Solutions secures board approval for a Rs 160 crore rights issue
 <p>Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd. announced that its board of directors approved a rights issue of equity shares to eligible shareholders for an amount up to Rs 160 crore, according to a regulatory filing on Saturday, October 17, 2026. The board also approved a draft letter of offer and will subsequently determine the issue price, rights entitlement ratio, record date, and other terms. Additionally, the company appointed Ms. Muskan Manucha as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective October 18, 2026.</p>
