PDS Sourcing acquires 49% stake in DBS Lifestyle for USD 4,900, consolidating ownership
 <p>PDS Limited announced that its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, PDS Sourcing Limited, Mauritius, has acquired a 49% equity stake in DBS Lifestyle Limited, Hong Kong, from Mr. Bhawnish Suri and Mrs. Divya Suri, increasing the company's shareholding to 100% from 51%, effective October 20, 2026. The acquisition, involving a cash consideration of USD 4,900, or approximately Rs 465,059, is intended to simplify the shareholding structure and consolidate ownership of DBS Lifestyle Limited, which operates in the garments and accessories sector with a turnover of Rs 0.91 crore in fiscal year 2025-26.</p>
