 Ambitious Plastomac Company Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Anil Bhambhani as Whole Time Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective Monday, August 24, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. Mr. Bhambhani, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), brings over 20 years of experience in corporate secretarial, legal, and financial operations, and was appointed in accordance with the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6 (1) of SEBI Listing Regulations.
