Garlon Polyfab appoints Prakhar Pandey & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years
 Garlon Polyfab Industries Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the appointment of M/s. Prakhar Pandey & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for the financial years 2025-26 to 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval. The company, led by Managing Director Vishal Garg, acknowledged a delay in submitting the appointment details due to ongoing efforts to revoke the suspension of trading of its securities and significant administrative and operational challenges, resulting in zero revenue from operations.
