Varroc Engineering invests up to €4.5 million for a 45% stake in Forsee Power India
 <p>Varroc Engineering Limited announced that its board approved an investment in Forsee Power India Private Limited, comprising the acquisition of a 45% equity stake and subscription to optionally convertible redeemable preference shares, for a total initial consideration not exceeding €4.5 million. The transaction, expected to be completed on or before December 31, 2026, will see Varroc acquire 2,95,398 equity shares and 80,380 of OCPRS, and is intended to provide long-term business benefits in the electric mobility sector, according to a regulatory filing.</p>
