 <p>Bajaj Finserv Limited announced the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Bajaj Reinsurance Limited, effective October 17, 2026, to carry on the business of reinsurance, subject to necessary regulatory approvals. The company received the Certificate of Incorporation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on October 17, 2026, and Bajaj Finserv Limited holds 100% of the equity shareholding in the new subsidiary, with a cost of subscription of Rs 10,00,000.</p>
