YES BANK’s committee approved equity share allotment, boosting paid-up capital by Rs. 72.96 crore
 YES BANK Limited announced that its Nomination & Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 5,08,774 equity shares, with a face value of Rs. 2 each, on August 25, 2026, following the exercise of stock options under the YBL ESOS 2020 Scheme, YBL JESOP 2018 Plan, and YBL RSU Plan 2024, resulting in a realization of Rs. 72,95,566.50; consequently, the bank's paid-up share capital increased from Rs. 62,775,573,950 consisting of 31,387,786,975 equity shares to Rs. 62,776,591,498 consisting of 31,388,295,749 equity shares.
