Zen Technologies transferred 1,900 shares to employees under its 2021 stock option plan
 Zen Technologies Limited announced the transfer of 1,900 equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each to eligible employees under the Zen Technologies Limited Employee Stock Option Plan -2021, following the completion of the vesting period, according to a regulatory filing on August 25, 2026. The shares were transferred from the Zen Technologies Limited Employees Welfare Trust, and the total issued share capital of the company remains unchanged at 9,02,90,356 shares.
