Godrej Properties' subsidiary equity share capital reduced, increasing Godrej Projects Development's
 <p>Godrej Properties Limited announced that the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, approved a selective reduction of equity share capital in its step-down subsidiary, Godrej Redevelopers (Mumbai) Private Limited, where Shubh Properties Coöperatief U.A. held a 47.32% stake, which has been cancelled without consideration. Following the reduction, Godrej Projects Development Limited’s shareholding in Godrej Redevelopers (Mumbai) Private Limited will increase from 51% to 96.81%, and the company’s equity share capital will be reduced to 29,508 shares of Rs 10 each, totaling Rs 295,080.</p>
