PVR INOX Limited to request board approval for equity share buyback on August 31, 2026
 PVR INOX Limited will seek board approval on August 31, 2026, for a buyback of its equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, the company said in a filing to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. Trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from August 25, 2026, to September 02, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
