Creative Eye Limited shareholders re-appointed Zuby Kochhar and approved director regularization
 Creative Eye Limited held an Extraordinary General Meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, via video conferencing, where shareholders approved the re-appointment of Zuby Kochhar as Whole-Time Director, the regularization of Praful Jadavji Shah and Asha Choudhary as Independent Directors for five years, and an increase in the company’s borrowing powers under the Companies Act, 2013. The company appointed Ms. Kirty Vaidya of M/s. Kirty Vaidya & Associates as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting process, and the consolidated results, along with the Scrutinizer's report, will be submitted to the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
