Happy Forgings: Shares of Happy Forgings will list on the stock exchanges today. The issue price is Rs 850 apiece.

Credo Brands Marketing: Shares of Credo Brands Marketing will debut on the bourses today, 27 December 2023. The issue price is Rs 280 apiece.

RBZ Jewellers: Shares of RBZ Jewellers will make debut on Dalal Street today. The issue price is Rs 100 apiece.

SJVN: The state-run power generation firm on Tuesday announced that it has secured a 100 MW solar power project worth Rs 550 crore from Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam (GUVNL).

Aditya Birla Capital: The company has made investments on rights basis, in the equity shares of Aditya Birla Finance Limited (ABFL) - Rs. 849.99 crore and Aditya Birla Capital Digital Limited (ABCDL) - Rs. 50 crore.

Zydus Lifesciences: Zydus Healthcare (ZHL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company has received an intimation under section 143(1) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (IT Act), determining demand of Rs. 284.58 crore, while processing the Return of Income of ZHL.
