Concord Biotech, NTPC, LTIMindtree, Astral in focus

Concord Biotech: Shares of the company will debut on the bourses today, 18 August 2023. The final issue price is Rs 741 per share.

NTPC: NTPC and NTPC Mining have executed the Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) on 17 August 2023. The BTA involves NTPC hiving-off its coal mining business consisting of 6 coal mines to its wholly owned subsidiary NTPC Mining.

LTIMindtree: LTIMindtree has been selected by Aflac Incorporated, the largest provider of supplemental insurance in the United States, to digitally transform the organization by leveraging the cloud-native services of Amazon Web Services (AWS). As part of the engagement, LTIMindtree will rearchitect Aflac's on-prem applications that are currently deployed on an out-of-support-platform.

Astral: Seal IT Services Limited, UK, Subsidiary of Astral has Incorporated new step - down subsidiary SISL (Bond It) Ireland. The main objective of the new subsidiary is to distribute, transmit & sell building chemicals from UK into Ireland as an EU-Entity for importer responsibilities.

NLC India: NLC India has entered into Long Term Power Usage Agreement with Rajasthan Urja Vikas Nigam for supply of 300 MW Solar Power under CPSU Scheme at Rajasthan.

Jain Irrigation Systems: The board of directors approved the short and medium term fund raising for meeting various obligations of the company. The primary objective of this fundraising is to reinforce the company's capital foundation, cater to short and medium-term financial obligations, and address the long-term working capital needs of the company.
