Authum Investment & Infrastructure defers fund raising by way of QIP

The board of Authum Investment & Infrastructure at its meeting held on 29 August 2025 has decided not to go ahead with raising of funds by way of QIP, Preferential allotment, etc. at present. Further, the Board shall raise funds as and when required.
