Vishal Mega Mart allots 2.31 cr equity shares under ESOP

Vishal Mega Mart has allotted 231,16,500 equity shares under Vishal Mega Mart Employees Stock Options Plan 2019. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 46,47,67,99,870 consisting of 4,64,76,79,987 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.
