 SEPC Limitede and the BSE Limited, the Rights issue Committee of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2025 has approved the allotment of 35,00,00,000 partly paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each issued on rights basis at an issue price of Rs. 10/- per rights equity share (including a premium of Nil per share) of which Rs. 5/- is payable along with Application and Rs. 5/- is payable on First and Final Call.
