Public issue of 25,00,200 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Organic Recycling Systems Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 200/- per share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 50.00 crores ("The Issue"), of which, 1,30,200 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (as defined in the section "Definitions and Abbreviations") (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e., issue of 23,70,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 32.47% and 30.78%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Fixed Price issue at Rs. 200 per equity share the offer price of Rs. 200 is 20 times of the face value. 600 equity shares for retail individual investors 600 equity shares and in multiples of 600 equity shares thereafter for non retail investors.
