Public issue of 25,08,000 equity shares of a face value of Rs. 10/- each (The "equity shares") of Perfect Infraengineers Ltd. (The "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 23 per equity share (Including a share premium of Rs. 13 per equity share), aggregating to Rs. 5.77 crores (The "issue") of which 1,26,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each is reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market maker reservation portion").
